Alert not showing up

We've had multiple members report that they're unable to log into the online banking portal. The system either times out or returns an “Invalid Credentials” error—even after passwords are reset. This started around 8:00 AM today and seems to be affecting both mobile and desktop access.

Can you please investigate and advise? We're concerned it may be system-wide.
